Warranty Information
Every product sold on our website is under warranty by the manufacturer for the period of one year from the date of purchase. The manufacturer warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts. OEM (original equipment manufacturer) or unlocked phones may carry international warranty. In such cases you need to contact the manufacturer overseas to get the product repaired or exchanged.

We offer Visa, Master Card, Discover and Paypal for all payments. All payments must be made to ship only to a confirmed address. We do accept Check and Money Order but item will be shipped after clearance of the funds by the bank.

Shipping & Delivery
FEDEX, UPS AND USPS mail - rates are listed within each ad. We ship worldwide. P.O.Box address can be shipped only by USPS mail. Normally items take 1-6 days in transit and ship within 1-3 days of clearance of payment.
Refunds & Returns
Item must be returned within: 14 Days Refund will be given as: Exchange. Return Policy Details: We offer a 14 day return policy for New Products Which may have a Manufacturer Defect. On Most cases this will not occur since each of our products are tested prior to the shipment. All returned items MUST be brand new, factory sealed and unused, open boxes can only be exchanged. If any case returned approved by management shipping and handling fees aren't refundable. 15% restocking fee will be applied to any refunded equipment. The entire item must be unused, in original packaging.
