BarnParts.com will not issue credit without a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) issued in advance of the return, and:

• The product is returned in the original UNDAMAGED package
• The product was not used
• The product is returned within 30 days of receipt
• Please be sure to include with your return the following information:

Phone Number and e-mail address
Order #
Reason for return

• Shipping charges will not be reimbursed unless the return was due to an error on our part.
• If the product was damaged in transit to you we must be notified immediately (within 24hours).
• A restocking and refurbishing fee will apply to any item that is returned in less than new, resalable condition.
